At Weco Beauty, we are committed to delivering your orders efficiently and professionally. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how wholesale and retail orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
During promotional periods or high order volumes, processing times may be slightly longer. If significant delays occur, our team will notify you.
2. SHIPPING OPTIONS & DELIVERY TIMES
We currently offer shipping within the United States with reliable delivery partners.
Standard Shipping (U.S.)
- Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on your delivery location, order size, and selected shipping method.
3. SHIPPING CONFIRMATION
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your delivery details.
Tracking information will be provided whenever available. Approved members can also review their order history through their Weco Beauty account.

The shipping provider used may vary depending on your location, order size, and delivery requirements.
5. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Every order is carefully prepared before dispatch. If your order arrives damaged or contains incorrect items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us resolve your request quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the products and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
Claims submitted after 7 days may not be eligible for review.

Weco Beauty cannot be responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided during checkout.
7. WHOLESALE & STORE ORDERS
Weco Beauty primarily supplies beauty professionals, salons, barbershops, and approved business customers. Wholesale pricing is available exclusively to registered and approved members.
Eligible orders may also be collected directly from our store. Please wait for collection confirmation before visiting our location.
